World’s Largest Orchestra

Tom has just been commissioned to write a 10 minute piece for the World’s Largest Orchestra record breaking attempt. The event is to be held on the 24th October 2010 at the LG Arena in Birmingham. The organisers of the World’s Largest Orchestra are hoping that 7000 instrumentalists will attend the event which is to be conducted by Charles Hazlewood. BCMG Workshop

On the 17th March 2010 Tom will have his piece Anxiety work-shopped by BCMG in the presence of Louis Andriessen. The workshop is open to the public and is to be held at Birmingham Conservatoire at 2pm.

Performance of Miniature by Mary Dullea and Daragh Morgan

Miniature, a piece for Violin and Piano is to be performed on Monday 8th March by the amazing Violin and Piano duo of Mary Dullea and Daragh Morgan. The concert will be held at Birmingham Conservatoire at 7.30pm.

New Commission For Thumb

Tom has just finished his new piece Eclipse for Chamber Orchestra and Soprano Voice commissioned by Thumb Contemporary Music Ensemble. The Concert will be held at the Birmingham Conservatoire on Monday 26th April, further details to follow shortly.
